  • Gift cards are issued in digital format only

  • Gift cards are delivered by email to the recipient

  • Each gift card contains a unique code that can be redeemed at checkout

Redemption

  • Gift cards can be redeemed on any eligible product available on dbhakim.com

  • Gift cards may be used partially or fully

  • Any remaining balance will stay on the gift card for future use

Expiration

  • Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase

Non-Refundable

  • Gift cards are non-refundable

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

  • Gift cards should be treated like cash

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards

Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse gift card transactions if fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity is suspected

Order Cancellations

  • Once a gift card has been issued and delivered by email, the order cannot be cancelled
